As a partner, The Foundation works to establish clear goals for what is to be achieved, is equipped to advocate and assist in ways beyond grant funding such as helping partners define measurable outcomes, contributing guidance on strategy and tactics to accelerate progress in mission achievement and introducing partners or other resources to facilitate targeted outcomes.
